BOSTON- Freudenheim Partners announced that it facilitated a 6,185 SF sublease for an expanding Houston-based company, Ara Partners, at 222 Berkley Street in Boston. The private equity firm, which specializes in industrial decarbonization, will sublease 6,185 SF in the Back Bay.
Ellie Cullinan and Chris Rogers represented the tenant, Ara Partners, in the transaction.
