R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President Arthur Amadei represented the landlord, Hillside Associates, in the transaction. Matt Siciliano, Executive Vice President at Colliers, represented Boston Dynamics in the lease extension.

Waltham Research Park is a 240,000-square-foot lab/GMP Park located directly off Rt 128/95 in Waltham, MA. Corporate neighborhoods include Sanofi, Mass General, and QinetiQ US.
