BOSTON — Cushman & Wakefield has announced the hiring of Gabrielle Harvey and Brendan Callahan as Executive Vice Chairs in its Boston office, bolstering the firm’s tenant representation and portfolio advisory capabilities across New England and nationally.
Harvey and Callahan will focus on expanding the firm’s occupier advisory services platform, with particular emphasis on headquarter strategy and global portfolio optimization for Fortune 500 and other major corporate clients. The duo brings extensive experience executing complex, large-scale real estate transactions in markets across the United States and internationally.
“Gabrielle and Brendan are widely recognized as elite broker advisors to some of the world’s most sophisticated occupiers,” said Matt Chatham, President of Occupier Advisory Services at Cushman & Wakefield. “Their combined experience advising C-suites on transformational portfolio and headquarter strategies, coupled with their deep market knowledge and global execution capabilities, aligns seamlessly with the long-term growth strategy for our occupier advisory business. We are thrilled to welcome them to the firm.”

The team joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where they held senior leadership roles advising corporate occupiers across a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. Over the course of their careers, they have transacted in every major U.S. market as well as in EMEA, South America, and Asia-Pacific. Collectively, they have closed more than $2 billion in headquarters transactions, contributing to their depth of experience in global portfolio strategy.
In addition to their brokerage work, both executives are active in industry and civic organizations.
Harvey serves on the Board of CoreNet Global’s New England Chapter and is secretary for its Executive Council to the Board. She is also a member of the SMU Cox School of Business Alumni Board, serves on the Regional Council for Syracuse University, and sits on the Advisory Board for Eastern Bank.
Callahan is a leader within CoreNet Global New England and other industry groups. He is an Emeritus Board Member of Junior Achievement of Greater Boston and remains active in various professional organizations.
Rob Skinner, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office, emphasized the strategic importance of the hires.
“Boston continues to be a critical hub for corporate decision-makers, and the addition of Gabrielle and Brendan significantly enhances our ability to advise clients on their most strategic real estate challenges,” Skinner said. “Their leadership, credibility, and collaborative approach will be an immediate asset to our advisory platform nationally and our local team in Boston.”
The hires underscore Cushman & Wakefield’s continued investment in strengthening its occupier advisory business in key innovation and corporate markets such as Boston, as companies reevaluate real estate strategies in an evolving economic landscape.
