Wayland, MA— ConnectPay, a fast-growing payroll and HR solutions provider, has signed a lease for 18,000 square feet of office space at 15 Hampshire Street in Mansfield, MA, the company’s new headquarters.
The deal was brokered by R.W. Holmes. Elizabeth Holmes, Director of Corporate Services, and Dean Blackey, Managing Director, represented ConnectPay in the transaction. Steve Woodworth and Mitch Kumin of Savills represented the landlord, Medtronic.
