In a Major Move, Original Founders of Fallon, Hines & O’Connor Leave Cushman & Wakefield and Join CBRE New England

BOSTON–CBRE announced that Joe Fallon, Brian Hines and Chuck O’Connor and have joined CBRE’s New England operations as Vice Chairmen, CBRE said in a statement.

Messrs. Fallon, Hines and O’Connor are accomplished senior real estate professionals, each with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. The team recently served at Cushman & Wakefield and have each been awarded Commercial Broker of the Year by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Mr. Fallon will focus on the Cambridge office and life sciences markets. Mr. Hines will focus on the suburban office market and Mr. O’Connor will focus on leasing in the Downtown Boston market.

The trio has operated as partners since 1988. Their first firm, Fallon Hines & O’Connor, was acquired by Trammell Crow Company in 1998. In 2007, they launched FHO Partners, which was sold to Cassidy Turley in 2011. In 2016, they became part of C&W, which was formed when TPG Capital acquired and brought together Cassidy Turley, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield.
