Millbury, MA – Colliers recently announced that the firm is listing Singletary Place, a mixed-use development in Millbury, Massachusetts. Led by Colliers Capital Markets Vice President Kendin Carr, the approved master plan will convert a historic mill complex into 180 residential units with retail lifestyle center.
