Boston – CBRE announced the sale of Hanover Cambridge Park located at 80 Cambridge Park Drive in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Guardian Life.
CBRE Capital Markets’ multi-housing experts Simon Butler and Biria St. John exclusively represented the seller, The Hanover Company, and procured the buyer, Guardian Life.
