Los Angeles— Global real estate services firm CBRE has announced a series of senior leadership promotions across its Real Estate Investments and Advisory Services business segments, as well as its Trammell Crow Company (TCC) business line. The appointments will take effect from January 1, 2026.
Andy Glanzman has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) segment. In his expanded role, Glanzman will have executive oversight of both Trammell Crow Company, CBRE’s real estate development subsidiary, and CBRE Investment Management, its global real assets investment management arm. He will also continue to serve as Co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management alongside Adam Gallistel. Glanzman will report to CBRE Chair and CEO Bob Sulentic.
Adam Nims has been elevated to CEO of Trammell Crow Company and will report to Glanzman. Nims has been with TCC since 2006 and has held several senior leadership positions during his tenure.
In another key appointment, Adam Saphier, currently a senior executive at Trammell Crow Company, will assume the role of Global Chief Operating Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services segment. In this position, Saphier will oversee Advisory operations outside the U.S. and Canada, as well as the company’s global Valuations business. He will report to Vikram Kohli, CEO of Advisory Services, and will also support Kohli in the global operational and financial management of the segment.
Commenting on the promotions, CBRE Chair and CEO Bob Sulentic said, “Andy, Adam and Adam have delivered exceptional results for our company and clients over many years. Their new roles position them to have an even greater impact while continuing to advance their careers.”
Glanzman has served as Co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management since December 2024 and previously held the role of President of the firm. Saphier joined Trammell Crow Company in 2005 and, like Nims, has held multiple senior executive roles over the past two decades.
Following Nims’s promotion, current Trammell Crow Company CEO Danny Queenan will transition into a new senior role as Executive Group President. In this capacity, Queenan will oversee several key initiatives and geographies for TCC and will report to Nims.
CBRE said the leadership changes are aimed at strengthening operational excellence and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy across its global business lines.
