Littleton, MA— In a move that underscores its ongoing growth and expansion, Boston Semi Equipment (BSE), a provider of semiconductor test solutions, has signed a lease for 20,082 square feet of flex space at 9 Beaver Brook Road in Littleton, Massachusetts.
The lease was facilitated by R.W. Holmes. The transaction reflects strong demand for high-quality flex space in strategic suburban locations.
“BSE was looking for a building to house their state-of-the-art manufacturing environment,” said Jim Bartholomew, Vice President at R.W. Holmes. “With 9 Beaver Brook’s location right off I-495 and plenty of nearby amenities for employees, it was a great match. The building fits the bill perfectly — all systems were recently upgraded, and a new roof was installed in November of last year.”
The property offers a flexible layout and infrastructure ideal for both office functions and light manufacturing operations—making it a strategic fit for BSE’s expanding needs.
Bartholomew represented the landlord, Rogers Properties Group, LLC, in the transaction. Colliers represented the tenant, with Annie Cole and John Carroll III serving as cooperating brokers.
Located just off Interstate 495, 9 Beaver Brook Road provides easy access to major transportation routes and local amenities, further enhancing its appeal as a base of operations for growing technology and manufacturing companies in the region.
