BOSTON— CBRE announced the successful sale of Parc Westborough, a 249-unit luxury apartment community located in Westborough, Massachusetts. The deal was brokered by CBRE’s Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin, and Brian Bowler, who exclusively represented the seller, Utah-based Cottonwood Residential, and also procured the buyer, an unnamed institutional investor.
Built in 2016, Parc Westborough comprises four four-story elevatored buildings and a standalone clubhouse. The property offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with an average unit size of 1,008 square feet. Designed for modern living, the community features a robust amenity package that includes a resort-style pool, fitness center, free-standing garage parking, grilling areas, and more.
Strategically positioned just off Route 9, Parc Westborough provides residents with direct access to the thriving Metro West employment corridor and nearby retail destinations. The area is also known for its high-performing Westborough public schools, adding to the community’s long-term appeal for renters.
