LITTLETON, MA– Workers Credit Union (WCU) has selected Simsbury, Connecticut-based Phase Zero Design to be the credit union’s architecture firm and Scalora Consulting Group of Ashland, Massachusetts to be project manager for several upcoming projects.

“These initiatives are part of Workers Credit Union’s commitment to reimagining our credit union locations to help our members achieve better financial wellness that improves their daily lives,” said Elizabeth Hayes, Executive Vice President and Chief Member Experience Officer of Workers Credit Union. ”We look forward to collaborating with Phase Zero Design and Scalora Consulting Group on innovative projects that meet our strategic goals and reflect input we’ve gotten from feedback sessions with our members on how they want to interact with us across a myriad of channels and experiences.”

Phase Zero Design began work in June and Scalora Consulting Group started with Workers Credit Union in April.

The multi-faceted engagement will include the renovation of several Workers Credit Union locations into modern and inviting spaces with technology that takes the friction out of banking and intimate, comfortable places for members to have meaningful discussions that lead to good financial decisions.

Headquartered in Littleton, MA, Workers Credit Union has been serving communities in Massachusetts for more than 100 years. Workers Credit Union recently adopted a national charter that enables it to serve a broader set of members wherever they live.
