BOSTON – CBRE announced that William Foley and Margaret Power have joined CBRE’s New England operations as Executive Vice President and Vice President, respectively. Mr. Foley and Ms. Power will focus on the urban market.

Mr. Foley has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry focusing on corporate tenant advisory in the Boston office market. Ms. Power has over eight years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry focusing on tenant representation in the Boston office market.
The duo recently served at Cushman & Wakefield along with Joe Fallon, Brian Hines and Chuck O’Connor, who recently joined CBRE as well.
