Boston – CBRE announced that Todd Tessier has joined its Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team to provide property tax consulting services in the New England market.
Mr. Tessier joins CBRE as a director from Tributum Consulting Group (TCG), a full-service property tax consulting firm located in Newton, MA that focuses on managing and reducing real and personal property taxes for commercial property owners and tenants. TCG was founded and managed by Mr. Tessier.

We want to provide our clients with the best-in-class service in each market that we operate in and Todd fits that requirement perfectly,” said Mark Whitney, national practice leader of Property and Transaction Tax Services for CBRE VAS.
Mr. Tessier has more than 18 years of property tax and valuation experience. He has filed and completed property tax appeals in several east coast states, along with managing the property tax portfolios of some of New England’s largest property owners.
