NEW YORK— Tishman Speyer has been selected by Boston SE Propco LLC to provide third-party property management and leasing services for 1000 Washington Street and 321 Harrison Avenue, a 490,000-square-foot two-building campus in Boston’s South End, the company announced.
The assignment marks Tishman Speyer’s first third-party management engagement in Boston and adds to the firm’s growing global Client Solutions platform, which provides asset and property services for institutional owners across major markets.
The South End campus includes 321 Harrison Avenue, a 247,000-square-foot Class A life sciences and office building, and 1000 Washington Street, an 11-story office property. Together, the assets serve Boston’s expanding life sciences and innovation economy while also accommodating traditional office tenants.
Under the engagement, Tishman Speyer will provide integrated property management and leasing services, with an emphasis on operational performance, hospitality-driven service standards, and data-informed leasing strategy.
The firm said its approach will combine analytics, market expertise, and long-standing tenant relationships to enhance both asset performance and the customer experience across the two-building campus.
“The 1000 Washington Street and 321 Harrison Avenue assignment reflects both the strength of our longstanding relationships in the Boston market, as well as the deep operational and leasing expertise of our team,” said Lenny Sciascia, Managing Director at Tishman Speyer. “We look forward to implementing a bespoke management and leasing strategy that will enhance the long-term performance and customer experience at both properties.”
The properties feature a range of tenant amenities including a fitness center, outdoor patio, amenity lounge, conference center, kitchenette, on-site parking, and bike storage. A central lobby and footbridge connect the two buildings, creating a unified campus environment.
Located in Boston’s South End, the properties benefit from proximity to residential neighborhoods, restaurants, and cultural destinations, as well as strong transit access and direct highway connectivity. Logan International Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive away.
Tishman Speyer’s Client Solutions platform manages a global portfolio of high-profile assets, leveraging the firm’s expertise in property management, leasing, design, construction, and hospitality services. The company operates and manages approximately 87 million square feet of Class A real estate across 40 markets worldwide, including marquee properties in New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Beverly Hills, and Frankfurt.
The Boston assignment further expands the firm’s third-party management footprint as institutional owners increasingly seek integrated operating platforms for complex mixed-use and life sciences-adjacent assets.
