Boston – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Thomas D. Ashe and Robert L. Byrne have joined the firm as Executive Director and Managing Director, respectively. Both previously were partners at Transwestern RBJ.
Ashe will join the Downtown leasing group and Byrne will work with landlords and tenants in Boston’s south and central 128 suburban markets.

Ashe has worked with Boston’s top landlords and specializes in landlord and tenant representation, and is a recipient of several Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) awards. He started his real estate career at RBJ having previously worked at Oxford Global Technologies. Ashe graduated from Boston College in 1996.
Byrne focuses on tenant and landlord representation of leasing office, flex and industrial space. He joined Richards Barry Joyce & Partners after graduating cum laude from Boston College in 2005 with a concentration in accounting and is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association.
