BOSTON-The Bulfinch Companies announced two new professionals have joined the firm’s asset management team, Matt DeNoble and Brian McInerney.
DeNoble has joined the company as vice president, asset management and McInerney as a portfolio manager. The new positions will help strengthen Bulfinch’s asset management team and play a crucial role in the ongoing success of the Company.
DeNoble brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as vice president of asset management for AEW Capital Management, L.P., where he oversaw more than $1.3 billion in office, mixed use, and land assets in Boston and Orlando.
At AEW, DeNoble managed 3.1 million square feet of office and mixed-use properties and 39 acres of land for future development. Prior to his role at AEW, he worked at PwC as an auditor.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is actively involved in numerous organizations in the CRE industry including NAIOP and ULI.
As VP, DeNoble will oversee Bulfinch’s Asset Management Team, working closely with Financial Reporting and Acquisitions to ensure the success of the firm’s portfolio management and growth.

McInerney brings extensive commercial real estate portfolio management experience to the Bulfinch team. Prior to joining the Company, he served as director, portfolio management at CBRE Global Investors. In this role, Brian provided valuations representing $5billion in assets during his five years at the company. He also played an important role in global strategy and business development for CBRE Global Investors
As a portfolio manager at Bulfinch, McInerney will work with DeNoble and the rest of the asset management team, supporting management with financial reporting, portfolio management and budgeting at the investor level. He also will assist in the oversight of the financial performance of Bulfinch’s portfolio of assets.

Brian is a graduate of Bucknell University with a BS in Geology as well as an MBA in Finance, Economics and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
