Newton, MA – Jim Driscoll has joined Elaine Construction Company as a Project Executive.
Driscoll brings nearly four decades of experience to his role, with a deep portfolio of large, out-of-the-ground Institutional and Commercial building projects, he will bring complimentary skills and expertise to Elaine’s growing academic, and corporate and commercial sectors. As a seasoned builder, Driscoll will lead teams, and bring exceptional service through project delivery to our clients.
Prior to joining Elaine Construction, Driscoll served in a variety of capacities from field to office for Gilbane Building Company, most recently as a Senior Project Executive.

Jim holds an Associate Degree in Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He holds a BS, in Civil Engineering from the University of Lowell, Lowell, MA, and an MS in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Northeastern University. He is a licensed Builder in the Cities of Boston Cambridge, and Quincy, holds his State of MA Superintendent’s License. He is 30 Hour OSHA Certified and is a LEED AP.
