BOSTON– Colliers International announced that it has recently been involved in over 100,000 square feet of leasing at Hines’ Riverside Center located at 275 Grove Street in Newton, MA.
The largest of the deals was with B2B technology marketing firm TechTarget. As the largest tenant in the building at just shy of 75,000 SF, TechTarget elected to extend its term, which will give it an almost two-decade run upon expiration of this latest extension.
“Colliers relocated TechTarget from Needham to its Grove Street headquarters back in early 2010 and it has continued to experience great success in the building,” noted Colliers International executive vice president John Carroll III. “Widely recognized as a premier asset in the Route 128 Mass Pike market, Riverside Center ultimately fulfills TechTarget’s requirements for location, access to public transit, and on-site amenities, all of which aid them in attracting talented employees.”
Additional members of the Colliers International Boston team, senior vice president Bill Lynch, assistant vice president Jason Rexinis and associate Nora Smith, supported TechTarget in the transaction.
Hines’ Riverside Center is a 510,000-SF first-class office complex located adjacent to the MBTA’s Riverside Station, providing Green Line service to and from Boston. Its unmatched location combined with state-of-the-art amenities has allowed it to outperform the broader Route 128 Mass Pike Class A market by a wide margin for the past 5+ years.
