BOSTON- Synergy announced the addition of Rachel Tomadakis as Senior Asset Manager. With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in commercial real estate asset management, Tomadakis brings invaluable expertise to Synergy’s Asset Management team.
Tomadakis’ extensive background includes managing portfolios valued at $500 million or 4 million square feet, where she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive revenue and manage assets efficiently. She has successfully executed over 700 leasing transactions, generating an impressive $210 million in annual revenue, and led dispositions totaling over $200 million. Tomadakis has also spearheaded internal control and asset management departments, exhibiting strong leadership and strategic prowess in underwriting investments and businesses nationwide.
Prior to Synergy, Rachel was Vice President of Asset Management at Marcus Partners. Rachel also served as Director and Asset Manager for The RMR Group and Vice President of Asset Management at KS Partners. In her previous roles, Rachel has overseen third-party leasing and marketing teams across the country and managed budgets of $25 million in capital projects. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cornell University. Additionally, Rachel is a member of both NAIOP and CREW.
