BROOKLINE, MA–SVN Parsons Commercial Group announced the lease of 7,656 SF at 209 Harvard Street in Brookline, MA. The building is the home to predominantly medical office tenants.
Senior Advisors, Marci Alvarado and Jake Parsons, represented the landlord, CMS Partners. The Tenant, The Center for Pediatric Dental Care & Orthodontics, was represented by Matt Kolcum of Carr Healthcare Realty in this transaction.
The Center for Pediatric Dentistry was looking to relocate as well as expand their practice.
