CANTON, Mass. — Timberline Construction Corporation has appointed Steve Stasheski, MBA, as Project Executive, adding a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience across real estate development, design, and construction.
Stasheski brings a broad background spanning life sciences, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, with a reputation for guiding complex developments from early planning through execution. Known for his hands-on approach, Stasheski emphasizes proactive planning, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined project delivery.
Over the course of his career, Stasheski has overseen the delivery of highly technical laboratory and corporate environments for leading clients in the Greater Boston market. His experience includes large-scale ground-up developments, repositioning projects, and fast-track renovations in occupied facilities—often under tight timelines and operational constraints.
Prior to joining Timberline, Stasheski held senior leadership roles in both development and construction, where he managed design and construction execution, coordinated consultants and contractors, and maintained oversight of project costs and schedules. He has led multidisciplinary teams with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
“Steve brings an exceptional level of experience, judgment, and leadership to Timberline,” said Steve Wassersug, President of Timberline. “His ability to navigate complexity, build trust with clients, and lead teams through challenging projects makes him a tremendous asset to our organization.”
In his new role, Stasheski will lead complex project teams, strengthen client relationships, and support the firm’s continued growth through consistent project delivery.
“I’m excited to join Timberline Construction and work alongside a team that shares my values around collaboration, accountability, and excellence,” Stasheski said. “Timberline’s approach to building and client service strongly aligns with how I lead projects.”
Stasheski holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA from Boston University. He is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and holds multiple industry certifications, including OSHA-30, LEED AP BD+C, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
