The lease transaction was completed through a collaboration between Cummings Properties leasing director Steve Cusano and Derek Cotoni of Moore Commercial Real Estate. According to Cusano, speed and flexibility were key factors in the decision.
“Our diverse portfolio and in-house design/build expertise enabled us to source, renovate, and deliver an attractive, fully built-out space in under a month,” Cusano said. “As a result, ReNew Bio Aesthetics was able to open its doors with virtually no lead time.”

The new med spa joins a growing roster of healthcare and wellness tenants at 101 Cambridge Street, including EFX Hair and Beauty Supply, Skylight Health Research, Varallo Orthodontics, and Winchester Hospital OB/GYN. Together, the mix of tenants reinforces the building’s position as a hub for medical and wellness services serving Burlington and surrounding communities.
