Jodie Poirier Joins CBRE New England as Managing Director, to Relocate to Boston

LOS ANGELES– CBRE announced that Jodie Poirier has joined the company’s New England leadership team as Managing Director. Ms. Poirier is currently the Market Leader for the CBRE South Bay office in Southern California, and she will relocate to Boston on January 1.

Ms. Poirier will partner with the CBRE New England leadership team of Andy Hoar, Kevin Doyle and Steve Purpura.

Ms. Poirier has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  As leader of CBRE’s South Bay Los Angeles operations, she oversaw the firm’s full spectrum of service offerings and was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the business.

Ms. Poirier joined CBRE in 2015 as a director in the company’s Advisory & Transaction Services business for occupiers and worked with CBRE professionals nationally to pursue and win large, complex assignments. Prior to her tenure at CBRE, she was a Vice President at The Davis Companies in Boston and was based in Boston during part of her time serving in a national role at Colliers.

She received a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a master’s in real estate development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
