BOSTON, Mass.— SERHANT., a national luxury real estate brokerage, announced it is expanding into Massachusetts with the opening of a Boston office, marking its first presence in the state and completing its expansion across major Northeast markets.
The Boston operation will launch with approximately 30 agents and teams, who together have recorded more than $500 million in closed sales volume over the past year. The Boston opening is the first of several market expansions planned by the company for 2026.
The expansion brings SERHANT. founder and CEO Ryan Serhant back to Massachusetts, where he was raised in Topsfield. SERHANT. was founded in 2020 in New York City and operates in multiple U.S. markets, including New York, Florida, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and now Massachusetts. The company has more than 1,500 agents and 200 full-time employees nationwide.
SERHANT.’s Massachusetts operations will be led by Christopher J. Delaney, who joins the firm as Managing Director. Delaney has more than 30 years of experience in the Boston real estate market, including leadership roles in residential and commercial brokerage and new development. He previously served as Regional Director for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Boston. Deborah Hauser, Regional Managing Director for New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, will also oversee the Massachusetts region.
“Boston represents an important market for our continued growth,” said Serhant. “We look forward to working with agents and clients across Massachusetts.”
SERHANT. operates as an AI-first brokerage and provides agents with in-house marketing, media, and technology resources. The firm emphasizes an agent-focused operating model and plans to continue expanding into additional U.S. markets in 2026.
