Boston– BR+A Consulting Engineers announced that Sarah McGillicuddy has joined the firm as Director of Business Development.
With over 15 years of business development experience in the AEC industry developing strategies, tools, and tactics to expand businesses, she will be responsible for developing new business, fostering client relationships, and growing BR+A’s national presence.
“Sarah’s industry knowledge, relationships/connections, and creativity will serve BR+A well as we continue to grow. We are excited to have her on the team,” said Allan Ames, President of BR+A.

Sarah is active within the AEC industry, currently serving as co-chair of the CoreNet Awards Committee; a founding board member and Vice President of Professional Women in Construction’s (PWC) Boston Chapter; as well as Chair of IFMA Boston. Sarah is a recipient of SMPS Boston’s 2018 Marketing and Business Development Professional of the Year award, and most recently recognized by Engineering News Record (ENR) New England as one of 2019’s top young professionals.
