NORTH ANDOVER, MA – SAK Environmental announce the addition of three people to its growing environmental consulting business: James Matz, Pendra Bell and Chhavan “Van” Nuon.
James Matz – Sr. Project Manager, Professional Geologist and Licensed Site Inspector
At SAK, James will be working on new business ventures, as well as providing LSP and Senior Project Management support to our new and current clients. Utilizing more than 25 years of site assessment, remediation, permitting and compliance experience, his experience is just what SAK was looking for.
Pendra Bell – Business Manager
Pendra serves as SAK’s Business Manager and assists with project proposals & RFP’s, client coordination, marketing programs, as well as handing outreach events and public relations programs for the company. Ms. Bell also administers and provides maintenance to the client database, facilitates office management, creates and sends electronic newsletters and notices, as well as accounts payable/receivable.
Chhavan “Van” Nuon – Civil Engineer
Mr. Nuon is a Staff Civil/Environmental Engineer with increasing expertise in construction inspection, environmental monitoring, AutoCAD, emergency response, pollution prevention, scheduling, documentation and client reporting. He is experienced in working at commercial and industrial properties, and active construction sites. Mr. Nuon is OSHA HazWoper and Construction Safety trained, respirator Fit Tested and he is also an experienced inspector for MA solid waste compliance programs.
