WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, today announced that it recently brokered two industrial leases, totaling 66,100 square feet in Billerica, MA.
Source Pak, a custom packaging solutions firm that has seen tremendous growth in recent years, renewed and expanded into 54,000 square feet of space at 19 Alexander Road. Tom Aitken of Avison Young represented International Freight Forwarding Yusen Logistics, a leading global provider of International Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, and Supply Chain solutions company, leased 11,600 square feet of space in the same building.
Craig Johnston, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes, represented the landlord, Antico Development, in both transactions. Built in 1988, 19 Alexander Road is a 76,827-square-foot industrial/warehouse building.
