Mr. Blackey joined R. W. Holmes in 1999. His expertise encompasses all areas of real estate activity, including advising tenants and landlords in lease negotiations and asset acquisition and disposition for both owner/users and investors.

Mr. Blackey has successfully represented over 500 of suburban Boston’s prominent businesses, and he currently represents over two million square feet of office and industrial assets in and around Central Route 128. He is an expert in owner-occupant sales, many of which never hit the market.

He is a graduate of Bates College and serves on several boards, including the Board of Directors of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.
