QUINCY, Mass.— The Quincy Memorials Group announced the acquisition of Milton Monument Co., a long-established memorial provider located in Randolph, Massachusetts. The transaction marks the company’s seventh location in the Greater Boston area.
Following the acquisition, the Randolph location will operate under the name Randolph Milton Memorials and will continue to serve customers from its existing site at 1060 North Main Street. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Milton Monument Co. has served the Greater Boston region since 1971 and is known for its work in cemetery monuments, granite and bronze markers, and civic memorials. The company has built a long-standing presence in the community through its focus on craftsmanship and customer service.
Jeffrey M. Poirier, President and CEO of the Quincy Memorials Group, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding its regional footprint while maintaining established local operations.

The Quincy Memorials Group operates multiple locations across the Greater Boston area, including Quincy, Milton, Kingston, Abington, Newton Centre, Waltham, and Woburn. The company specializes in the design and installation of memorials and monuments for cemeteries and civic spaces.
