Phase Zero Design Names Four New Shareholders in the Firm

HINGHAM, MA–Phase Zero Design, an architectural design firm, announced the promotion of Lindsay Corsino, Michael Godin, Robyn Kiernan, AIA, and Chris Milliard, AIA, to the position of Associate Principal, making them new shareholders in the firm.

The news was announced by Principals Jim Kimball and Matt Wittmer at the quarterly firm-wide meeting last month.

“Robyn, Chris, Lindsay and Mike represent the next generation of the firm’s leadership team. Their election to firm ownership is well deserved and we’re looking forward to see where they will lead us in the future,” said Phase Zero Design Principal, Jim Kimball, AIA.

Lindsay Corsino, Director of Marketing and Business Development, possesses more than 10 years of marketing and business development experience across the AEC industry. In her new role as Associate Principal, Lindsay will continue working hard to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients while managing the growth potential and future of the firm.

Michael Godin

Michael Godin, Project Manager, was Phase Zero Design’s first employee 10+ years ago. Over the years, he has helped grow the Hospitality Market Sector within the company proving himself to be a committed and reliable asset to the company. With his promotion to Associate Principal, Michael will continue to use his knowledge and experience to maintain and grow his client base while continuing to provide direction and leadership to the next generation of the firm.

Robyn Kiernan, Project Architect/Project Manager, is a licensed architect who has been doing what she loves and helping her clients achieve their goals for the last 14 years. In her promoted position at Phase Zero Design, Robyn will continue to deliver high-end results for her clients while leading the firm and supporting its operational growth.

Chris Milliard

Chris Milliard, Project Manager, Architect and Designer, is excited and honored to be recognized with his promotion into a leadership role at Phase Zero Design as Associate Principal. In this new role, Chris will continue to keep an open mind to each client’s objectives and drive the firms forward-thinking to capture the constantly changing architectural industry. Chris also looks forward to becoming a dominant role in the firm’s growth by offering his experiences to each client while continuing to train and mentor the firm’s future leaders.
