BOSTON– Perry Brokerage announced that Executive Vice President Jon Gifford has secured 3 new leases totaling 17,371 sf at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston Street.

CargoMetrics Technologies, Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and Overall Capital Partners join the notable and diverse tenant roster at the historic Back Bay building.

Ellie Fantini Cullinan and Chris Rogers of Freudenheim Partners represented GSEMA and Kelly Lockberg and Molly Heath of JLL represented CargoMetrics.
