BOSTON–The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 announced that Paul Sullivan with Bulfinch has earned the CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation.
Sullivan, a property superintendent with Bulfinch, headquartered in Boston, was installed as a CPM designee during a recent dinner ceremony held at Granite Links in Quincy, Massachusetts.
The CPM is one of the highest professional designations that a real estate manager can earn and is recognized worldwide as the premier property management certification.
“It’s a pleasure to announce Paul’s achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “Receiving the CPM certification is not an easy journey; it requires time spent on learning, building knowledge, and then practicing these skills by gaining real world experience in the field. We congratulate him!”
