PEABODY, Mass. — Northshore Mall is set to expand its dining and retail offerings in 2026, with the highly anticipated arrival of Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack—both marking their first locations on Boston’s North Shore.
The new additions are part of a broader transformation at the region’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, as it continues to evolve to meet growing consumer demand for diverse experiences.
Slated to open in late summer 2026, Fogo de Chão will introduce its signature Brazilian churrasco-style dining to the mall. The full-service restaurant—its third in the Greater Boston area—will feature expansive social spaces, including a vibrant bar area and an inviting dining room designed for both gatherings and upscale dining experiences.
Joining it is Shake Shack, the globally recognized fast-casual brand known for its elevated take on American classics. With more than 660 locations worldwide since its founding in 2004, the new restaurant will be located on the mall’s Promenade, adjacent to Immersive Gamebox, further enhancing the center’s entertainment and dining corridor.
Northshore Mall has already welcomed new retail additions this year, including Old Navy, now open near the Dining Pavilion. The store offers affordable, family-friendly fashion in a modern, easy-to-navigate environment.
Also newly unveiled is a relocated and redesigned Foot Locker, which now incorporates a Kids Foot Locker concept, expanding its appeal to younger shoppers and families.
