Lowell MA – New England Association of Schools and Colleges (“NEASC”) has purchased a modern, four story office building located just off of Rt. 3 at 1115 Westford Street in Lowell.

NEASC purchased the building for $3,950,000 to serve as their new company headquarters. Micah Stubblebine, Principal of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented NEASC, and Blake Baldwin of Cushman represent the Seller, Princeton Properties.

NEASC is an independent, voluntary, nonprofit membership organization which connects and serves over 1500 public, independent, and international schools in the US and worldwide. Founded in 1885, the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) has been working to establish and maintain high standards for all levels of education longer than any other accreditation agency in the United States.

According to Micah Stubblebine, “It was a pleasure to consult with NEASC on the acquisition and continue a longstanding and important relationship with their organization. NEASC selected this building because of central location in the suburbs, it’s quality finishes and floor plates that accommodate both their headquarters as well as other income-producing tenants.” One of the 10,000 s.f. floor plans will be available for lease through The Stubblebine Company.
