BOSTON – McCall & Almy announced six promotions in its Boston tenant rep and advisory teams: Linda McDonough, Zac Sargent, JP Weldon, Mike Roberts, Roxanna Zahedi, and Danielle Donovan.
Linda McDonough has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing. Linda oversees marketing, social media, public relations and the implementation of the firm’s strategic plan. She works closely with the firm’s executives to establish and implement short and long-range corporate goals to achieve business growth and drive new business through strategic marketing programs, corporate communications and brand management. Linda was recently named a 2020 Women of Influence by Globe Street Real Estate Forum and is a member of The Society for Marketing Professional Services, as well as a member of Boston Latin School’s Friends of Soccer and a volunteer for The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Project Management. Zac brings more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience to his role at McCall & Almy. He oversees all aspects of a client’s construction project, starting with design development through construction administration to project close-out. Zac guides clients through the process of creating site-specific planning strategies while directly managing design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and owner vendors. Zac has a passion for architectural photography and is a Board Member for Hingham Sports Partnership, a coach for Hingham Youth Soccer, and a volunteer for Citizen Schools.
has been promoted to Vice President within McCall & Almy’s Strategic Advisory Group, where he advises a wide variety of healthcare, life science and academic organizations on their real estate strategy and transactions. JP is focused on strategic leasing, capital markets advisory, development underwriting, due diligence, leasing, portfolio management and acquisition/disposition services for McCall & Almy’s healthcare and life science clients. He is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Real Estate Finance Association, and NAIOP Massachusetts in addition to serving as the Membership Chair of the United Way Emerging Leaders Board.
Mike Roberts has been promoted to Senior Associate within McCall & Almy’s Tenant Representation Group. Mike provides brokerage services, specializing in coworking and shared offices, as well as detailed financial analyses to assist clients with decision making by analyzing deal terms and proposals from both a GAAP and a cash perspective. Mike is a member of Real Estate Finance Association Emerging Leaders, Commercial Brokers Association Future Leaders as well as serving on The Friends Council supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and the United Way of Massachusetts Bay.
Roxanna Zahedi has been promoted to Senior Associate within McCall & Almy’s Strategic Advisory Group, where she assists our educational, medical and public sector clients in achieving their real estate goals. Roxanna focuses on land dispositions, acquisitions, lease negotiations and transactions, due diligence and portfolio management. She is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, Real Estate Finance Association, NAIOP Massachusetts and serves on The Friends Council supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston.
Danielle Donovan has been promoted to Associate with McCall & Almy’s Strategic Advisory Group where she continues to broaden her expertise working with the firm’s healthcare and institutional clients. She is responsible for assisting clients with transaction advisory and implementation services as well as lease administration services to strategically plan for their long-term business goals. Danielle serves on The Friends Council supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston.
