BOSTON– After substantial growth of its Urban Brokerage team with new recruits, Curtis Cole, Peter Conlin and Chris Cuddy in the first quarter of 2018, Colliers International Boston has continued that momentum with the hiring of experienced advisor, Assistant Vice President Mathew Davis, in December 2018.
Mathew has a strong track record in the commercial real estate industry, advising clients across a wide array of industries, and has worked with such tenants as Neurala, Fooda, DrugDev, Fidelity Information Services, Seven Bridges, Allena Pharmaceuticals and Heuresis Corporation, to name a few.
Prior to joining Colliers, Davis worked as an Associate in NAI Hunneman’s Advisory Services Group, focusing on both landlord and tenant representation assignments in the downtown Boston market. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Salem State University and obtained a graduate certificate in commercial real estate from Boston University.
“We are excited to have Matt join our Urban Brokerage team,” shared recently appointed Executive Managing Director and Market Leader David Goodhue, “as he brings great energy and ideas to an already strong team roster. With strategic recruitment being an important initiative for 2019, we look forward to continued growth throughout our entire organization.”
