Freudenheim Partners relocates Ara Partners to the top floor of 200 Berkeley in the Back Bay

Boston- Freudenheim Partners announced that it facilitated a 15,478 SF new lease for their client, Ara Partners, relocating from a sublease at 222 Berkeley Street to the 26th floor at 200 Berkeley Street.

The private equity firm, which specializes in industrial decarbonization, will now lease 15,478 SF at 200 Berkeley in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.

Ellie Cullinan and Chris Rogers represented the tenant, Ara Partners, while Roger Breslin and Brad McGill of JLL represented the Landlord in the transaction.

Rogers went on to add “and the opportunity to lease the top floor of the Berkeley building, what people fondly remember as the iconic “Old John Hancock Building” was not lost on our client,” noted Chris Rogers, Executive Vice President at Freudenheim Partners. “Ara Partners is taking full advantage of the views and the stable ownership of the building.”
