BOSTONMargulies Perruzzi (MP), a New England-based architectural and interior design firm, has promoted four team members to Associate Principal, expanding its leadership team as the firm continues to grow.

The newly promoted Associate Principals are Caitlin Greenwood, Jenna Meyers, Álvaro Ribeiro, and Josh White. They join existing principals Nathan Turner and Janet Morra as part of the firm’s expanding leadership structure.

Nathan Turner, principal and partner at MP, said the promotions reflect the firm’s focus on long-term growth and leadership development.

“This milestone reflects our commitment to ongoing growth,” Turner said in a statement. “Their leadership will strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality design solutions across workplace, science and technology, healthcare, new buildings and renovations, and mixed-use developments.”

Greenwood, an architect and project manager, has been with the firm for 15 years and has led projects across all phases of design and construction. The firm cited her role in client relationship management and team leadership.

Meyers, also with MP for 15 years, is a senior interior designer and workplace strategist. She has worked on projects for clients including Arbella Insurance, United Way, and Boston Trust Walden, and has contributed to the firm’s workplace strategy initiatives.

Ribeiro, a licensed architect with more than 26 years of experience, focuses on complex research and development and laboratory environments. His work includes repositioning existing buildings for medical device and advanced technology clients.

White, who has been with the firm for more than four years, serves as a project manager and director of operations. His portfolio includes mixed-use, science and technology, and workplace projects, and he is involved in both project delivery and firm operations.

Margulies Perruzzi is an award-winning firm specializing in workplace, healthcare, science and technology, and mixed-use design, with projects across New England.
