This leadership position aligns with the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and vision for the future.

Peter Feinmann, the firm’s founder, will transition to the role of CEO, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.

As a distinguished architect, known for her business acumen and leadership in commercial real estate, Reepmeyer brings over 25 years of experience to Feinmann. She possesses extensive knowledge of architecture, sustainable design, and brand marketing.

Her previous roles include Vice President at SGA Architects, where she focused on strategic development and national growth, and Associate Principal at CBT Architects, where she led a successful practice in Adaptive Reuse and Revitalization in the Northeast Region of the U.S.
