BOSTON – JLL announced that life sciences company Enquyst Technologies, Inc. signed a lease to relocate to 900 Middlesex Turnpike, Building 5, 47,572 square feet of Life Science and Advanced R&D space owned by Jumbo Capital in Billerica, MA. Enquyst Technologies will be leasing 23,315 square feet of space, adding to the vital and growing life science tenant profile along the Middlesex Turnpike.
Jumbo Capital and Enquyst worked closely on this deal to mold a symbiotic relationship. “With support from our trusted consultants and expertise we were able to work closely with Enquyst to conviction in their science and financial outlook” Said Nick Trocki, Senior Vice President and Asset manager for Jumbo. “Our goal is to provide the real estate means and needs for our Tenants to grow and thrive, this deal truly embodied this”

In a prime central location with easy access to and from the Middlesex Turnpike and Route 3, 900 Middlesex Turnpike building 5 is home to a variety of life science and advanced R&D companies including Altus enterprises, Amephenol Systems and now Enquyst Technologies Inc.
