BURLINGTON, MA— KeyPoint Partners, LLC has negotiated the sale of Hooksett Village Shops, a shopping center in Hooksett, New Hampshire.
KPP Vice President of Investment Sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
Hooksett Village Shops is a 253,000 square foot shopping center located on Hooksett Road (Route 3) in Hooksett. The center is anchored by a recently-remodeled Shaw’s, Ocean State Job Lots, and Tractor Supply. The center also includes Empire Beauty School, USPS, JoAnn Fabrics, Express Fitness, Subway, and other quality tenants.
“This center has a strong, diverse tenant mix, and an established location”, Aron says. “It presents an excellent opportunity for substantial value creation.”
