URLINGTON, MA— KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of Alpine Commons, a shopping center in Wappinger, New York. KPP Vice President of Investment Sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
Alpine Commons is a 209,000 square foot, two-building shopping center anchored by a freestanding BJ’s Wholesale Club. The center is located within the busy Route 9 retail corridor, along the Hudson River between Poughkeepsie and Fishkill, New York.
“The center has exceptional upside potential which can be harnessed by leasing the vacant supermarket”, Aron says. “It presents an excellent opportunity for value creation.”
