BOSTON– As part of the firm’s continued commitment to building a leading Property Management team, JLL announced the firm has hired Paul T. Newman as a Group Manager overseeing the MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo) portfolio, which encompasses approximately two million square feet and 100 assets including office, lab, industrial, residential, and retail.
Paul has over 25 years of property management experience. Prior to joining JLL, he served as General Manager/City Leader for Piedmont Office Realty Trust, where he was responsible for the management of a 1.8 million-square-foot Class A office portfolio. Before that, he was the Assistant Director at Harvard University, overseeing 95 buildings consisting over of 4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

Paul holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management. He resides in Brookline, MA.
