BOSTON— JLL Capital Markets has announced a strategic expansion of its New England operations with the addition of industry veterans Jon Bryant and John Flaherty as Managing Directors. Effective August 12, the pair will co-lead JLL’s Multifamily Investment Sales and Advisory efforts throughout the region, reinforcing the firm’s growing presence in the competitive New England multifamily sector.

“We’re excited to welcome Jon and John to our Boston Capital Markets team,” said Brett Paulsrud, Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of JLL’s Boston Capital Markets team. “Their combined expertise and extensive transaction experience will significantly strengthen our multifamily investment sales advisory business in New England. This strategic hire underscores our commitment to our clients and further enables us to offer a comprehensive suite of capital solutions.”
With over a decade of multifamily investment experience, Bryant and Flaherty bring a proven track record to JLL, having advised institutional investors, private equity firms, and developers on transactions involving urban and suburban apartment communities, mixed-use developments, and development sites. Collectively, they have been involved in nearly $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, the duo held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where they were instrumental in executing acquisition and disposition strategies for major multifamily clients across New England.
“We’re thrilled to join JLL’s Capital Markets platform and look forward to leveraging the firm’s extensive resources and market presence to deliver exceptional results for our multifamily clients across New England,” said Bryant and Flaherty in a joint statement.
Reporting to Senior Managing Directors Chris Angelone and Brett Paulsrud, the new team is expected to play a pivotal role in expanding JLL’s reach in the increasingly active New England multifamily investment space.
