BOSTON– JLL announced that Chris McCauley has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President to strengthen and drive the growth of JLL Healthcare Solutions’ approach to planning, delivering, and operating healthcare providers’ real estate.
With over two decades in the field, Chris will continue to leverage his expertise, focusing on managing national healthcare portfolios that enhance the experience of those directly involved – care teams and patients alike. Chris will also support various asset types, including office, lab, clinical, and industrial.

McCauley has worked across a variety of industries with a concentration in Life Science, Healthcare and Technology. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he has specialized in managing the international portfolios of large corporate users, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions.
McCauley has specialized in healthcare and advisory work representing clients such as Merck & Co., Beth-Israel Lahey Health, Dana-Faber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, Wuxi Biologics, and many more; and has also represented notable international clients, including Booking.com, Kayak, and Priceline. Most recently, he worked at CBRE.
McCauley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CoreNet Member, and is involved in youth support and development programs, including his role as a ride organizer for Pan-Mass Challenge Kids Rides.
