BOSTON–The Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 announced that Jessica Beckman with Hallkeen Management has earned the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager®) designation.

Beckman, a property manager at Copley Gardens in Rockland, Massachusetts, a Hallkeen Management property, was installed as an ARM designee during a recent dinner ceremony held at Granite Links in Quincy, Massachusetts.

The residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. As such the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Jessica’s achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2021 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and principal and COO of the Peabody Companies. “ARM certification is widely recognized within the property management industry, and attaining its designation is a professional milestone.”
