Boston – Colliers announced the hiring of Jeanne Pinado as an Executive Vice President in the Boston office. Jeanne brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the growing Colliers Capital Markets team, joining investment sales and equity placement leader Frank Petz.

While her expertise provides best-in-class strategic advisory services to our valued clients, she will also serve as a national leader in Colliers Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program, continuing to develop and nurture those initiatives throughout the platform.

Jeanne is a 30-year industry veteran, having spent the last 20 years of her career as CEO of Boston’s Madison Park Development Corporation, a community-based, mixed-use developer. During her tenure, she successfully grew the organization’s portfolio over 300% through new construction and acquisitions, resulting in assets of $200 million across 26 properties. With deep, working knowledge of real estate development, asset management, public-private partnerships, and implementation of strategic business plans, Jeanne’s positive impact on Boston is known citywide, undoubtedly a large contributor to her appointment by Mayor Walsh to Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeal.

“In addition to Jeanne being a great person and colleague, bringing her to the team is an absolute game changer in terms of the depth of services and leadership we will now offer clients,” mentioned Colliers’ Managing Director Frank Petz. “Her skillsets around various product types, asset capitalization, and development – especially intimate knowledge of zoning, permitting, entitlements, financing, and more – will further raise the bar of the team’s advisory potential with her arrival.”

Upon reflecting on this next step in her career, Jeanne mentioned that “after a great run on the development side of the business, I look forward to leveraging my strong industry and community relationships. I have known Frank for many years and am excited about this opportunity to join his tremendous team and grow Colliers’ brand and market share, and I look forward to a national role representing Colliers and advocating for continued change in the commercial real estate industry.”

“I am proud of the strides Colliers is making in its commitment to transform the narrative surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion in commercial real estate, both locally in Boston, and nationally,” shared Colliers Boston’s Executive Managing Director and Market Leader David Goodhue. “We have actively been championing the Colliers Diversity and Inclusion Program and are excited to bring Jeanne, an experienced real estate professional and true activist, into a leadership position within the company to continue that forward trajectory.”

Jeanne has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an honorary doctorate in Design Leadership from Boston Architectural College.
