MELROSE, MA–Herrick Lutts Realty Partners recently completed the sale of a 6-unit brick apartment building located at 51 Lynde Street, Melrose, MA.
Herrick Lutts partner Nick Zolotas is the agent who represented property owner Brancroft Real Estate Trust, for a sale price of $1.9 million. The new owner of the building is O’Hara Properties Three, LLC, of Melrose, MA.
The city of Melrose, located in Middlesex County, has a population of approximately 29,000 people and is located approximately seven miles north of Boston.
“Melrose is an up and coming community,” said Zolotas, adding, “There is always a demand for rental property and we are very pleased to have been able to help with the sale of this property.”
