BOSTON – McCall & Almy announced that Harrison Bailes has joined the firm as a Financial Analyst.
At McCall & Almy, Bailes will be responsible for the financial analysis of client real estate transactions, including leases, purchase, and sales, and will deliver detailed cash and accounting metrics for proposed transactions.
Bailes joins the firm from Brookline Bank, where he underwrote the origination and modification of over $40M in credit commitments collateralized by commercial real estate and analyzed lease and sale comparables to determine valuations. Prior to that, he interned at RW Selby & Co. and Bailes & Associates in Los Angeles. Bailes received his BA from Boston University Questrom School of Business with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.
