PLYMOUTH, Mass.— Marcus & Millichap has exclusively listed Harbourtown Retail Shops, a fully occupied retail property in Plymouth’s historic waterfront district, for sale at an asking price of $3,999,000.

The commercial property is located on the ground floor of 150 Water St., adjacent to Town Wharf in downtown Plymouth. The offering comprises six commercial condominium units totaling 8,863 square feet within a Class A building constructed in 2021. The property sits on a 0.69-acre lot.

“Harbourtown Retail Shops occupies the first floor of a Class A building directly adjacent to Town Wharf in the heart of this globally recognized community,” said Adam Cohen, senior director of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. “It’s a prime retail location in a market that sees more than 1.5 million visitors a year in addition to local and regional traffic.”

Cohen is leading the exclusive marketing campaign on behalf of the seller.

The property is fully occupied by six tenants: Kilwins, Cattivo, Reel Island Co., Gisele Decorations & Events, Kupcakes & Kibble, and Goat Cards & Collectibles. The mix of retailers adds to the commercial activity in one of Plymouth’s most established visitor destinations.

Located in the heart of downtown Plymouth, Harbourtown Retail Shops is surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and hospitality businesses. The property is also within walking distance of major historical attractions, including Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II and Town Wharf.

The broader building includes Harbourtown Suites, a boutique waterfront hotel, and The Terrace, a rooftop restaurant. Both are separate from the retail offering.

Plymouth’s combination of historical significance, waterfront attractions and year-round local and regional activity makes the district a prominent destination for visitors and businesses alike. The property’s full occupancy and location near major tourist attractions are key features of the offering.

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, is marketing the property exclusively at an asking price of $3.999 million.
